本軟體提供會員訂閱製服務,請在試用期內確認本軟體是否適合您。在法律法規允許的最大範圍內,本軟體不支持退款。若您在試用期結束後對當前的訂閱服務感到不滿意,想進行退款服務,已扣費的訂閱將無法退款,但是您可以前往對應的操作設置中,終止訂閱服務的續費行為,保證您的個人權益。在您已付款的訂閱週期結束之前,您仍然可以使用相應訂閱服務。

退款

您可以至您訂閱會員的管道上,操作進行退款。申請成功後,對應平臺將會按照您原始付款方式自動獲得退款。若對應管道拒絕了您的退款申請,本平臺與管道保持一致意見,無法接受您的退款申請。
需注意:如果您沒有採取合理的措施來防止他人擅自通過您的帳號購物 (例如,您將自己的帳號或付款資訊透露給他人,或者您沒有使用身份驗證功能保護自己的帳號),我們通常無法發放退款。

Return Policy of Picme

PicMe provides subscription services. Please confirm whether PicMe is suitable for you. To the maximum extent permitted by laws, PicMe does NOT support refunds. If you are dissatisfied with the current subscription service after the trial period and want a refund, the deducted subscription cannot be refunded, but you can go to related SETTINGS to terminate the renewal of the subscription service. You can still use the corresponding subscription service which you have paid for before the end of the subscription period.

Refund

You can go to the platform where you subscribed to make a refund. After the application is successful, the corresponding platform will automatically obtain a refund according to your original payment method. If the corresponding platform rejects your refund application, PicMe will agree with the platform and will NOT accept your refund application.

Note: If you do not take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized purchases from your account (for example, you disclose your account or payment information to others, or you do not use authentication features to protect your account), we generally cannot issue a refund.
